1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on zs777e. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for:

• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying zs777e immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on zs777e are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zs777e accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your zs777e Balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit, depending on the processing timelines of the originating bank. zs777e does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zs777e accepts no responsibility.

Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play constitutes abuse of the payment processing system and may result in Account restriction.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your zs777e Account are subject to the following conditions:

9 Prohibited Conduct

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs777e shall not be liable to any Player for:

In all cases where zs777e is found liable to a Player, zs777e's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Termination

zs777e may suspend or terminate a Player's Account with immediate effect, without prior notice and without liability, if:

• The Player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• zs777e is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• zs777e has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with the Account.
• The Player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to zs777e's licensing obligations or the integrity of its services.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting zs777e support. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs777e holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body.

Nothing in this clause limits a Pakistani player's statutory rights under the laws of Pakistan to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

16 Amendments

zs777e reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of zs777e after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the changes.
